IT Hardware Technician - Permanent Position - Bournemouth - £24,000-£27,000 + Car Allowance

As a national leader within their sector my client offers its expanding customer base a variety of exciting, sector related products and services. Due to organisational growth my client is actively seeking an experienced IT Hardware Technician to join their team based out of their impressive Dorset offices.

Your new role

Your primary function is to provide excellent on-site service, supporting the company's deployment and installation of equipment to any site in the UK. You are expected to be able to build and customise PC's, laptops, routers, wireless access points and a range of smart devices to the established standard.

You will ensure that your company continues to deliver the highest level of aftercare and service to clients. You should feel comfortable in tackling both software and hardware issues, pushing all toward resolution. Additional duties include: remote and onsite troubleshooting and support, moves & changes, customer roll outs and other project based installs.

What you'll need to succeed

You should be able to present a strong understanding of processes which provide support to the helpdesk service. You should also have experience in the delivery and installation of hardware equipment. You should have experience working with and identifying the issues within Windows Server Operating systems and be proficient in Account administration in Microsoft Exchange 2013 and Office365.

You should be able to communicate at all levels and work effectively as part of a dynamic team, prioritising workloads and functioning well in a highly pressurised environment.
