Assistant Finance Manger
You don’t need experience completing monthly management accounts and maintaining a clean balance sheet, (though it wouldn’t hurt) because we’ll give you training to get you up to speed. Obviously you’ll need some accounting experience, as well as an AAT qualification or similar, and ideally you’ll be looking to work towards your ACCA or CIMA.
You’ll also be managing the accounts and sales administration team, with support from the regional finance manager, so you’ll need to be confident leading a team and helping them achieve their KPI’s by coaching and training them as well as ensuring there are always enough people in.
This is a designate role, which means you'll be providing maternity cover for the first 6 months, before moving onto other exciting challenges within CarShop.
