Worldwide, our global alliance of Cheshire partners supports disabled people into education and employment, and works in more than 50 countries.
LCD seeks a Category Manager (with a particular focus on Property) to support budget holders in purchasing good value goods and services. You will develop an in-depth understanding of the priority categories and the external market place for key spend areas and effectively manage LCD contracts to deliver good quality goods and services in accordance with the contract terms and the budget holders requirements. This role is one of two Category Managers and you will work closely with your counterpart and the Head of Procurement to ensure absence cover across categories.
We seek candidates with substantial commercial experience and demonstrable knowledge and experience of procurement, an understanding of the buying needs of an organisation and have good negotiation skills and attention to detail.
