Purchase Ledger Clerk

Your new company
This is a well established business who are based in Burnley with excellent motorway links and parking. Due to an internal promotion and expansion, they are looking to increase their team and recruit an experienced Purchase Ledger Clerk on a temp - perm basis.
Your new role
This will be a varied and busy role within purchase ledger and some of your day to day duties will include processing large volumes of transactions (invoices, credit notes and debit notes), speaking with customers daily ensuring query resolution, reconciling supplier statements and the preparation of payments across different currencies. Alongside this, you will be expected to work towards targets in a team environment and support the purchase ledger managers with their daily duties. This will be a full time position working between the hours of 9 am - 5.30pm.
What you'll need to succeed
To be successful within this role, you should have proven experience working within a purchase ledger function and have the confidence and ability to process high volume invoices and work to tight deadlines. You will be joining a vibrant and hardworking team, therefore it is ideal for you to have a similar mindset and culture.
