C# .Net Developer (Webforms / MVC)
Wareham/Poole, Dorset
£35000 - £50000.

Your new company
This market leading professional services business and currently undergoing a period of growth in their in-house software development team. As a result they are looking for an experienced .Net developer to help drive the migration of their systems from Webforms to modern MVC services. You'll be based from their Dorset headquarters close to direct train routes to London.

Your new role
It's bespoke, product-centric work and the business now have multiple work streams for developers to sink their teeth into ensuring freshness and variety. The role will come with ongoing maintenance responsibilities but the team manage this effectively and there are plenty of greenfield opportunities to look forward to.

The team are not beholden to deadlines here. It's a relaxed environment allowing more scope for the developers to create quality outputs. There's also no rigid hierarchy and bureaucracy, it's a stable mid-size team that run Agile and work in 2 week sprints. They share responsibilities and continually iterate operating in the best interest of the team. It's a role that would appeal to a hands on candidate, interested in pushing technology and joining an industry leader in a period of growth.

What you'll need to succeed
You must have 3-5 Years+ experience programming in C# and be comfortable with Asp.Net Webforms (MVC highly preferable) and SQL Server. You should also be proficient with web technologies, namely HTML5/CSS/JavaScript.

Ideally you'll have pushed Agile practices including TDD but Unit Testing would be fine.

We're seeking candidates with a degree in a relevant technical discipline or those that can evidence this calibre of knowledge attained by other means.
