SF Group are currently recruiting for an interim Assistant Management Accountant to work within a manufacturing business based in Birmingham.

Reporting into the Financial Controller the successful candidate will be supporting with the month end process, variance analysis, calculating sales margin and business partnering to support company profitability. Ideally applicants should have experience of working with Sage 200, however, this is not an essential.

This role is an interim assignment to support the successful handover between a departing candidate until the new permanent candidate begins their post.

It is imperative that applicants offer a flexible working approach and there will be overnight stays involved, all paid for by the company. Candidates who cannot commit to travel for 1 week of every 8 need not apply.

Intermediate Excel skills are required with the inclusion of vlook ups and pivot tables. Working hours are 8:30-4:30 (typically) and there is free parking on site.
