Client Servicing Assistant / Insurance Administrator - City, London

A fantastic opportunity is available to join one of London's leading HNW financial services brokers. This in an ideal opportunity for a young, enthusiastic graduate / 1st jobber to join the expanding commercial insurance team.

You will assist the Account Executives and Director in servicing new and existing client's requirements, including but not limited to:

Summary of Responsibilities/Duties

Checks and sends out Policy Documentation to clients.
Issues invoicing to clients.
Chases premiums from clients and managing agents and manages aged debt for the Commercial Insurance Team.
Investigates accounts queries, liaising with insurers and internal accounts to rectify any problems.
Handles claims for clients including sending out claims forms, setting up claims, liaising with insurers, chasing claims information and arranging settlement.
Provides support to the Account Executives and Director in preparation of client meetings.
Collating management information for premium and claims analysis during the renewal process.

Experience required:

Positive, enthusiastic with a great attitude.
Graduate preferred.
Computer Literate.
Excellent administration and organisation skills.
Good telephone manner.
