Recruitment has opened for a 12 month Graduate internship in a leading Media, Sales and Technology Company, with a view to a permanent position. The successful graduate is expected to start in January 2018 and will be based at their London Office.

Detailed Role Description
The role covers two areas:
Supporting in the execution of our international multi-channel marketing communication and lead generation programme spanning events, email, social media and digital marketing initiatives
Delivering monthly and adhoc campaign and marketing activity performance reports to help us optimise marketing ROI
Undertaking adhoc marketing projects such as social media plans, market insight studies, competitor analysis etc
Ordering office and kitchen supplies.
Greeting and managing visitors to our offices
Arranging hospitality/celebrations for customer successes (project completion, etc)
Assisting with catering orders for meetings and events.
Providing holiday cover for Executive Assistant when needed (includes making and checking travel arrangements, managing exec team's diaries, etc).
Above all we require a 'can do' attitude and a willingness to learn.
Our ideal candidate has experience within a fast-paced environment and will be able to demonstrate impeccable organisation and prioritising capabilities whilst remaining professional, positive, and enthusiastic.
Skills and Abilities
Intermediate to advanced Microsoft Office skills
Ability to function effectively manage multiple projects and tasks simultaneously
Excellent communication and relationship building skills along with the ability to work cross-functionally and interact with various business functions.
Ability to deal with ambiguity, must be self-directed and motivated.
Ability to set priorities to respond to changing circumstances and needs, to anticipate needs and be proactive.
High level of personal and data organisation skills, particularly with regard to maintaining security of confidential data.
Salary: 21,000 per annum
