As such, it's a rare chance to be one of the most valued aspects of the business by making minute and tiny changes that translate to a massive impact on the User Experience and as a result, a huge increase in revenue for the business as a whole. Because of this, you'd be one of the most valuable assets to the team that can identify not only new digital products or service that could be implemented but also someone how has a keen eye for detail able to identify opportunities that no one else has seen!
Responsibilities will include identifying opportunities for optimisation and iteration. You will then create Wireframes and Prototypes to test on participants in fortnightly design sprints and feedbacking during daily stand ups. Other responsibilities will include conducting usability tests, card sorting exercises, stakeholder interviews, user polling, and provide as much information about what factors are influencing projects as possible.
Experience and skills required includes 2-3 years of experience in a pure UX role ideally but UX/UI experience will be considered. Experience of eCommerce is highly beneficial as well as experience of optimisation and iteration.
