As part of the firms move to a new accounting system, we are looking to back fill existing members of staff to maintain day-to-day operations for the firm.
What does the role involve?
This is a fixed term role for 14 months supporting the finance team as they move through the project to implement a new accounting system. It will report to the Finance Operations Team Leader.
The role is to:
Undertake general cashiering tasks supporting the wider Finance team as required.
Be a link with, and pro-actively support, fee earners and secretaries in the firm.
Assist in processing client transactions in accordance with Solicitors Regulation Authority Accounts Rules, and office transactions in accordance with best accounting practice.
Who will I be working with?
You will be working as part of the wider finance team, based in either the Birmingham or Norwich office. We encourage multi-tasking by all finance staff as well as a cross-office culture to foster a one-team approach.
