Are you a skilled administrator that has worked with Sage 50?

Do you have some accounts knowledge/experience?

Have you managed and inputted invoices?

This is an excellent opportunity to join a well regarded organisation on the outskirts of Halstead, offering an excellent salary and a great working environment - due to expansion they are looking for another accounts administrator to join their team.

The key responsibilities for the role are:
Assisting accounts manager as required
Inputting invoices and payments onto Sage
Arranging deliveries/collections
Ordering stationery
Dealing with customer queries via telephone, email and company website
Working on internal IT systems

To be considered for this role you must have the following:
Excellent IT skills - specifically Excel
Excellent communication skills
Ability to multi task
Happy to work in a busy environment

Working hours are Monday - Friday 8am - 5pm with 1 hour lunch
