REESON Education is looking for a behaviour mentor to work within a fantastic mixed school in central London ASAP. This is a full-time position temp to perm due to commence ASAP which will run on a temp to perm basis. The successful candidate will take a wide range of responsibilities which include working closely with the vice principal leading a corridor patrol system and supporting staff to tackle student behaviour by carrying out appropriate interventions to improve student behaviour, assisting with rewards and sanctions within administration, investigating serious incidents and contacting parents/carers as appropriate and recording actions and feedback producing reports for staff.
