Main Duties

  • Provide 1st/2nd Line Support; answering and resolving support queries via phone, email and remote control.
  • High degree of customer service
  • Call Logging
  • Resolve password and account related queries
  • To repair computer equipment if possible
  • Troubleshooting

Essential Skills

  • Experience in an IT Support environment
  • Windows Server
  • Active Directory
  • Exchange
  • Hardware
  • Basic networking skills (TCP/IP, LAN, WAN)
