Inclusion Leader – SEMH School - South East London

An unmissable position has become available to lead on Inclusion in a SEMH School in South East London.

This is non-teaching role! This role would suit someone with a senior leader quality with significant experience in SEMH environment! Equally if you are looking to step up into senior leadership and inclusion is an area of expertise then this opening could be tailor made for you!

You must be experienced and passionate about inclusion and keen on joining an inspirational leadership team!

Main Purpose of the Inclusion Leader role:

• To achieve the highest possible levels of behaviour and well-being for all pupils at Bromley Beacon Academy (BBA).

• To support the Senior Leadership Team in creating lasting improvement in the quality of provision through leading on behaviour and positive handling with professionalism and high expectations.

• To develop systems to ensure all key performance indicators are able to be measured appropriately on a regular basis.

This role is to work with KS2/KS3 pupils in outstanding SEMH Provision in South East London!

The successful candidate must be a positive and professional practitioner, able to ensure the schools inclusiveness is upheld to the highest standards. They are looking for an Inclusion Leader who won’t just maintain the standards already achieved but also has the drive to make an impact immediately.

This Inclusion Leader role ultimately has a strong focus on raising attainment, and making sure every pupil is catered for, no matter what their ability is. The school boasts an excellent track record in supporting its staff team to achieve individual professional development goals. There is a real sense here that league tables and results, although important, are not the be all and end all!
