Owen Reed are recruiting for a Administration Team Leader to join a top London law firm.

The Administration Team Leader will support the divisions in the delivery of administrative services and to provide day to day supervision of the administration team

Duties of the Administration Team Leader
? Identify appropriate level of resource ensuring the needs of the office are met, including managing absences, planning appropriate cover and liaising with relevant teams to ensure sufficient levels of support
? Workflow Management including, arranging ad-hoc administrative support where needed
? Support the Divisional Secretarial Co-ordinator with the recruitment and selection process
? Induction of new starters, identifies training needs, facilitates relevant support needed
? Support the Divisional Secretarial Co-ordinator with the annual performance review process
? Acts as a key contact for the Secretarial Co-ordinator and PA teams
? Organise monthly team meetings
? Comprehensive document management support including photocopying, scanning, printing and binding
? Ongoing management of files and filing areas including creation, archiving and retrieval
? Assist Legal PAs with email printing and hard copy filing
? Provision of general administrative support, working with Office Services as required to ensure client deadlines are met
? Adheres to the firm's risk and compliance policies and procedures and raises any issues or queries promptly with the immediate line manager
? Successfully completes, on time, all compulsory firm training.
