Managing interactions with our customers through the full range of contact channels (phone/email/letter).
*Working underwriting queues which include customers who have been referred as part of the application process. This generally results in the customer being asked to provide additional proofs/documentation and you will be required to validate these to allow the loan application to progress.
*Providing world class customer service
*Discussing accounts with customers and negotiating payments where they are in arrears, including recognising where they are in financial difficulty/vulnerable and offering appropriate solutions to support them.
*Ensuring all calls are handled in compliance with our internal processes and regulatory requirements.
*Taking ownership for customer complaints, resolving as many as possible at the first point of contact and escalating others.
*Making sure that all details are accurately keyed to our systems.
*Identifying process, service and cost improvements, and discussing these with your manager.
*Develop and maintain own expertise by keeping up to date with new process, updates and changes driving personal development to ensure performance standards are met
*Operational UAT testing

You will be accountable for delivering against Service Levels and other Key Performance Indicators within your team.
