The Job...

In April 2018, the client is recruiting for a permanent Teacher of Computer Science. This full time & permanent appointment would either suit an NQT or an Experienced Computer Science Teacher / Teacher of Computer Science. This exciting post would be teaching a minimum of KS3 & KS4. If you can teach up to KS5 this would be desirable but not imperative for the appointment. The School is looking for a good to outstanding Computer Science Teacher, who can teach an inspirational, engaging & well thought out lessons. It would help your application if you had some experience with academic students, however not essential for the appointment of this post (as long as sound subject knowledge).

  • Must have a Secondary Mainstream Teaching Certificate (QTS or QTLS)
  • Must have either a Computer Science OR Maths Degree
  • KS3 & KS4 Teaching Experience (minimum)
  • NQT or Experienced Computer Science Teacher (MPS or UPS)
  • Sound Subject knowledge
  • Inspiring and dedicated Computer Science Teacher
  • Able to demonstrate a good to outstanding lesson
