Head of Product Information Management
Our client, a global manufacturer and distributor, would like their digital future to operate as smoothly a well-oiled machine. To do this they need a Head of Product Information who can ensure the catalogue of products - which is monumental by the way - is as accurate and detailed as possible for customers across all digital and traditional channels, locally and internationally.
This is a complex business which requires a strong leader to ensure the team of content administrators maintain consistent records across all current business systems in all required formats (data and assets).
As well as managing the accuracy and quality of information for existing SKUs, processes need to be in place to ensure the smooth tranisition of inherited products which join the catalogue as part of the ambitious acquisition strategy for continued growth. Experience of SKU rationalisation and auditing will make a considerable impact here too.
