Technical Director - Signage and Retail POS
Technical Services Director to be accountable for the Category Signage and Point of Sale (POS) service lines, focused on putting the customer first and delivering against agreed SLA’s and KPI’s at all times.
The Technical Services Director will have solid experience in Signage and Retail POS (Point of Sale) solutionsPrimary Objectives
- Provide Category Signage and Retail POS solutions that meet client expectations.
- Manage relationships with key stakeholders.
- Improve processes
- Build and develop excellent relationship with client and internal teams
- Ensure regular reporting is maintained into the client and Business Unit Director; reporting should include performance against SLA’s / KPI’s, reverse SLA’s, cost saving initiatives, new opportunities delivered and financial position.
- Hands on approach to issue resolution
- Always looking to sell opportunities to customers
- Support the client during any transitions, providing help and coaching where required.
- Write and present technical specifications for Category Signage and Retail POS items.
- Attend client briefings and store walks
- Lead client meetings and presentations.
- Work cross functionally with Category Signage and Retail teams, planning and overseeing all work and projects that flow through.
- Manage budgets
