Paterson Health and Social Care are delighted to be working with one of the leading independent providers of neurological care and rehabilitation.

We are looking for experienced Registered Nurses (RGN, RMN or RNLD's) for permanent positions to join their team. If you are looking for a supportive work environment where you can really develop your knowledge and progress your career then we would love to hear from you.

You will be provided with all the training you need and will be working alongside a team of dedicated professionals and experts that are some of the best in their field.

You will be required to work 12 hour shifts, 8am to 8pm and 8pm to 8am on a rolling 2 week rota basis (full time equates to 38.5 hours per week). You will have every second weekend off and will never be scheduled to work more than 3 shifts in a row.

Qualifications Required:-

Degree

Registered Nurse (RGN, RMN, RNLD)

Level 3 English and Maths

Experience Required:-

2 years’ experience as a registered nurse (RGN, RMN or RNLD)

1 years’ work experience in the UK

Skills and Knowledge:-

Understanding of specialist neurological care environment

Excellent relationship building skills

Experience in staff management

Personal Qualities:-

Highly organised with good time management skills

Creativity, initiative and enterprise

Excellent communication skills, both oral and written

Dynamic, with high energy levels

Self-motivated with ability to work as part of a team

Honest, reliable and trustworthy

Personal, presentable and professional
