Our Credit Cards team are well on their way to achieving their ambition to disrupt the Credit Card market - smashing targets, winning numerous industry awards and successfully building a credit card operation - but we’re not resting on our laurels. We’ve got big growth plans and we can’t do this without a truly awesome team of talented people to make it happen.
We’re seeking an experienced Campaign Analyst to join the Card Marketing Analytics Team. We’ll ask you to provide end to end analytical design, execution, measurement and recommendations for campaign performance across multiple products and channels for our cards business. You’ll lead the Commercial, Marketing and Finance stakeholders on defining pre and post campaign analysis to make sure the requirements are targeted towards delivering the business objectives.
To be successful you’ll have experience in direct marketing analytical support with good interpretation and insight ability. You’ll have a good knowledge of SAS and experience in the development and manipulation of complex data sets or marketing database to provide decision support and business insight. We also need you to have experience of understanding outputs from propensity models and use of decision trees or regression methods to identify statistical relationships.

Location - Chester or Gosforth
Salary band - £32,000 to £48,000, dependent on experience
