Finance Officer - Reading - £12-14ph + Holiday Pay - 6 month contract
Working as part of a busy Finance department, the Order Administration Team is a key team within the business. They are responsible for all order processing, software & hardware fulfilment, support contract creation and invoicing out of EMEA & APAC, working to strict month end deadlines and revenue recognition rules.
Main duties will include:
- Running daily and weekly financial reconciliations
- Inputting of sales and purchase transactions
- Reconciliation of bank accounts across the group
- Supervise administrative processes, including the maintenance of filings
- Collating payroll information from across the group
- Helping the Finance Director to prepare financial reports
- A minimum of two years experience in an accounts function
- A willingness to work as part of a team and to hours that suit the needs of a growing business
- Experience of multi-site hospitality would be advantageous
- AAT qualified
- Immediate start preferred
