Your new company is an ambitious cheese manufacturing business that has had a very successful start in the the UK and they would now like to establish themselves in the West Midlands.
Your new role
In your new role as a Quality Assurance Technician, you will be responsible for developing, managing and maintaining the Quality Management Systems relevant to the food manufacturing industry.
You will be dealing with customer complaints and supplier approvals, tracing back the root of the problems. In addition, you will be required to carry out internal audits.
Finally, you will ensure the site adheres to the BRC standards.
What you'll need to succeed
In order to succeed in your new role as a Quality Assurance Technician, you will have had previous experience in the food manufacturing industry, developing, managing and maintaining the Quality Management Systems.
You will have gone through a BRC check and performed regular internal audits. In addition, you will be HACCP qualified.
Lastly, you would have had exposure to a customer facing working environment.
What you'll get in return
In return you will receive a salary of around £30,000 dependant on your experience. The company is expanding rapidly, and is offering great development opportunities for staff with the right attitude and mind set with room for progression to a Technical Manager role.
