We are partnering with a fantastically successful, design, manufacture and installation company who work with some iconic global brands to develop stunning interior spaces. We are searching for a self-motivated, results-driven, professional to join the management team to oversee the internal Fleet, manage the IT Network and ensure the smooth running of the Facilities, including setting objectives and weekly tasks for a team of 3.

Working within an international company, amongst a dynamic management team, this role certainly ticks all the boxes in terms of joining a progressive, forward thinking, modern, organisation.

Key Tasks relating to the Fleet Manager aspect:

- Manage all day to day issues relating to the Fleet (valued at £600K);
- Identify ways to reduce spend, by a minimum of 5%;
- Ensure the fleet is being run as efficiently as possible including reviewing redundant vehicles, monitoring fuel spend and minimising damage costs;
- Identify the most efficient method to acquire new vehicles;

Key Tasks relating to the IT Manager include:

- Manage the day to day workload of 1 x IT professional;
- Network Management - add devices, diagnose network issues, change passwords, manage subscriptions, identify new technologies or software that could be advantageous to the business;
- Be the first point of contact for any IT related issue;
- Procure new equipment;

From a Facilities perspective, you will be responsible for managing 2 x people, to ensure the smooth running and maintenance of the office and warehouse environments.

This role will suit an enthusiastic professional with a diagnostic mindset, able to identify and resolve issues with minimal supervision, a person who has both Fleet experience, including procurement and negotiation with suppliers and keen interest in IT.

- Excellent communication and negotiation skills;
- Uncompromising attention to detail;
- Manage a project from A-Z, identifying commercial gains and risks;
- Strong people management skills, able to motivate and give clear instruction;
- General understanding of Microsoft Office and Excel;
