My Client is looking for someone preferably with previous Insurance experience, or experience in dealing within a busy environment working on the phones and dealing with new and existing business clients

This is an excellent opportunity for someone where the client offers excellent career prospects, a pleasant working environment and will pay for you to gain a Certificate in Insurance.

This role is a busy role which will involve taking a large volume of calls from new and existing clients so an excellent telephone manner is a must as well as having good keyboard skills.

You must be able to help out with queries and build good relationships with clients and colleagues.

This is a full time position paying £15,500 with 25 days annual leave plus bank holidays which rises to 30 after 5 years. There is a generous pension scheme and the client will be looking to fund the candidate to go through their CII qualifications which consists of 3 exams. The working hours for this role are: 3x 9am - 5pm, 1x 9am - 5:30pm and 1x 9am - 7pm.
