Job Title: Payroll Assistant (Part-Time)

Your new company are a leading Chartered Accountancy firm located in West Lothian, who have been operating successfully for many years and have seen a period of sustained growth. They are therefore looking for an additional Payroll Assistant to join the business.
Your new role
Your new role will sit within the payroll bureau department and you will join the payroll manager in supporting the firm's wide and varied client base. You will manage a portfolio of clients and will process the payrolls in a timely and efficient manner. You will process auto-enrolment, RTi, statuary payments and you will work with payrolls which have various different pay elements. This role is available on a part-time basis which will involve approx. 20 working hours to be taken over 3 days. The firm can be flexible on which days you work.
What you'll need to succeed
To be successful you must have payroll experience gained within practice. You should currently be in, or have recently left, a practice payroll bureau position and should come across as professional and motivated. Exceptional candidates from a high volume payroll background or a Payroll Bureau may also be considered.
