Job Title: Marketing Executive (Football)
Reporting Line: This role reports to Marketing Manager (Digital/Partnerships)
Job Location/Office: Halifax, West Yorkshire
The Content and Marketing teams are responsible for showcasing the Infogol product and content portfolio to existing and potential customers alike across all channels and for delivering against targets with partners. The Marketing Executive will be responsible for the creation and delivery of marketing campaigns across all relevant channels including social, search, email, paid advertising and mobile – they will also assist in planning and reporting. Their specific focus will be to grow traffic and social engagement, whilst also helping to maximise revenues through digital channels with betting partners.
This is what you’ll be doing:
You will be responsible for the delivery of all Infogol marketing activity which will be predefined by a marketing calendar
You will develop engaging and effective marketing communications from concept to delivery for all relevant marketing channels which serve to engage our existing user base and acquire new users
Your first major project will be to increase the marketing output surrounding Infogol in line with a new website launch and ahead of the 2018 World Cup
As part of the team you will be required to input into the planning of marketing activities related to Infogol, as well as assisting in the development of our strategies and future product development
You will be required to monitor the outputs (especially marketing comms) of competitors and content platforms targeting the same audience in order to take learnings from them and apply it to our own work, as well as monitoring key social channels for any changes or new features that we can utilise
You will play a major part in the delivery of marketing communications for Infogol. For this reason you may sometimes be required to work weekends or evenings to cover any major footballing action. We can accommodate some remote working after a successful training period.

Education, Qualifications & Experience
Degree-level qualification, plus experience in marketing
Understanding of different marketing channels – e.g:- SEO, Social, PPC
Creative thinking in the development of marketing campaigns
Good knowledge of the betting industry
Good knowledge of football (and preferably other sports)
Some experience of Design packages such as Photoshop
