The Company

Your duties will include:
The primary role of a Customer Service Advisor within the team is to respond to a variety of customer requests and inquiries via the telephone or by email/letter
This job involves a lot of interaction with the general public, insurance companies, brokers and colleagues
Handle complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits and follow up to ensure resolution. Working to current FCA guidelines (although we are not regulated)
Resolve claims made again the company for damages, liaising with garages, repair centres, independent assessors
Maintain strong relationships with insurance companies/accounts by responding to inquiries in a timely manner
Follow communication procedures, guidelines and policies

The Successful Applicant:
Enthusiastic and positive approach and attitude
A good listener who can remain calm under pressure
Previous customer service experience (Retail will be considered)
Confident telephone manner
Excellent written and spoken English
Competent computer abilities
