A new opportunity has arisen within the IT department at our school for a Help Desk Coordinator.

The successful candidate will be responsible for responding to user requests and providing administrative assistance to a busy IT department that provides IT support to both students and staff, under the direction of the IT Manager.

You will be an excellent front-line communicator with great inter-personal skills, able to liaise with students and staff on the resolution of day-to-day support issues. With the ability to demonstrate that you are organised, capable and methodical, you will collaborate on projects, handle administration, help resolve issues, and advise on how to get the best out of the technology services provided by the school.
