About the role: Your local office base will be our registered office in Swadlincote Derbyshire, however; we expect the successful candidate to spend a significant amount of their timevisiting our care homes across the country carrying out internal quality monitoring inspections. A key part of the role will be to ensure that all of our nursing and residential homes are compliant in all areas. Knowledge of CQC regulations, HSCA, and infection control are essential along with knowledge/experience of managing a care home, supporting people with dementia diagnosis and person centred care. A car driver is essential for this post. Above all else you must have the ability to work flexibly around the service delivery needs. What we offer:. Working Hours – 40 hrs per week (12 month Contract) part time hours will be considered for the right applicant. Competitive Salary based on experience Range £23,000 - £25,000 per annum Company Car Company Pension Scheme DBS checks and training costs / time to attend training, are fully funded by the company 33 days per annum holiday entitlement (inclusive of bank holidays) What you will be doing: To ensure that the service we provide is fit for purpose, is consistent and meets both external and internal requirements. This includes legal compliance and customer expectations. Liaising with managers and staff throughout the organisation carrying out internal quality monitoring inspections. Advising on changes and how to implement them and providing training, tools and techniques to enable others to achieve quality standards. Making sure the company is working as effectively as possible to keep up with competitors. Required Qualifications/Experience: Experience required at management level of care home services. Must be fully conversant with CQC Key Lines of Enquiry (KLOE’s).
