Analyst _ IT Location: London Salary: £40,000 - £45,000 An exciting opportunity has arisen with one of our Rail client who is currently looking for an Analyst to join their growing team and being part of the railway of the future. Key requirement: The role is to provide user experience guidance across the digital channel translating requirements into user journeys and develop user interfaces for websites, mobile platforms, tools, develop wireframes, assist with front-end development and oversee user testing. Roles & responsibilities may include but are not limited to: Work with Developers to ensure UX requirements are understood. Create and edit web pages. Edit and create HTML, CSS and JavaScript content. Update pages in SharePoint Conduct user research, understand user needs and run sessions to elicit feedback on ideas and designs Manage web content and update the company websites. Create test scripts and carry out functional testing Work collaboratively with internal and external partners on projects in areas including information architecture and Enterprise Content Management Assist with internal and external reporting and monitor the performance of sites using web analytics Assist with our wider digital engagement projects, including liaising with internal and external stakeholders create content for social channels and assist with developing content strategies. Carry out wireframing and prototyping, and UX/UI design Oversee user acceptance testing. Create testing plans and manage test execution Experience/Desirable: Strong experience of producing user-centred interface designs Experience of working on responsive web design across a range of devices Experience in researching users, including surveys, focus groups and workshops. Experience in planning and conducting usability testing Good working knowledge of web technologies including HTML, CSS, JavaScript and Jquery Good working knowledge of web analytics platforms and integration with front end website features Good familiarity with web content management systems including an understanding of workflows and metadata Experience with image manipulation and prototyping tools Knowledge of SharePoint administration is useful Knowledge of multi-channel content delivery is useful To Apply: You must be authorised to live and work in the UK.
