Job Description :-This position will play a key role in developing, improving and maintaining Microsoft Dynamics CRM applications. This will entail design and development of MS Dynamics CRM application solutions incorporating web-based user interfaces, communication layers, data layers and database structures. The main responsibilities of the role will be: Build solutions within and customise the CRM 2016 to meet project requirements Build solutions within and customise the Dynamics 365 to meet project requirements Integrate existing systems and services into the CRM architecture. Assist with deployment and provisioning activities Work with existing solutions and identify opportunities for improvements Maintain appropriate documentation Essential Skills A good communicator and team player Experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Online Experience with Microsoft Dynamics CRM 2016 On Premise Proficient in developing, deploying, customising and integrating Dynamics CRM Able to analyse business process and translate to Dynamics workflow Experienced in creating and managing entities, forms and workflow Experienced in creating custom workflow activities, plugin and actions.
