Regional / Area Managers
We are currently recruiting Area Operations Managers for our client who are a well-known high street ladies fashion retailer.
With a branch network of over 300 stores, they have a strong high street presence and pride themselves on the quality of their products along with the outstanding service they offer.
You would be responsible for ensuring that your area delivers and exceeds sales, operation and people targets. Along with leading and developing your team to deliver a best in class service proposition
Responsible for the operation and performance of stores within the area, highlighting both opportunities and risks to the Regional Operations Manager
Shaping the business to place customer satisfaction first, ensuring our customer’s needs are met and exceeded at every opportunity.
Building a strong area team through coaching, developing and nurturing in order to drive sales and service through their people
Support Stores in the achievement of the business strategy and targets (KPI’s).
Develop a team of competent store managers that operate at the appropriate level.
Manage, motivate and challenge managers to achieve and exceed the business strategy through development and continual feedback
Oversee the budgets for stores to include sales, payroll, and store controllable costs
Analyse trade results and KPI’s on a weekly and monthly basis, with the ability to recognise store performance and take appropriate action where necessary.
Deliver new store openings on time, on budget and within scope.
