Salary: £40,000 - £50,000 + benefits! (inc bi-annual salary review + flexible working hours)

Digital Marketing Manager with excellent Digital Marketing (agency or client side), Marketing Analytics, Tracking Metrics (cost per lead, conversion funnel, reporting etc), Social Media and B2C expertise is highly sought by a multiple award winning games studio based in Birmingham who are the UK's largest privately owned mobile e-gaming studio! In this role, you will work as part of a wider commercial team expanding our online marketing efforts across online marketing, brand management, social media and affiliate marketing across our 3 eGaming brands (mFortune, Pocketwin, Mr Spin). You will have a strong analytical focus and have an excellent understanding of business tracking metrics to enable you to identify and maximise new growth opportunities and conversion rates. You will have the opportunity to manage and grow our existing network of Affiliates by utilising your excellent relationship building and negotiation skills.

The department utilises a monthly marketing budget of over £1mn so it's imperative that suitable applicants feel confident in their decision making abilities and their ability to interpret data, build long-standing business relationship with Affiliates and have the ability to negotiate and secure the best business opportunities out there in the Digital Marketing sector.

Key skills we're looking for…

  • Extensive knowledge of the digital marketing metrics (cost per lead, conversion funnel, reporting, analysis)
  • Experience in a B2C environment (agency/server side)
  • Have experience being responsible for performance with a keen eye for detail, analysis and reporting
  • Excellent relationship building skills (preferably with Marketing Affiliates)

  • Experience working with large budgets
  • Good understanding of digital brand principles
