My client, a major player within the Leeds pensions market, is looking to recruit an experienced Pensions Administrator with either Defined Benefit (DB) or Defined Contribution (DC) experience to join a newly created team within the business, formed due to new business wins. With a reputation of excellent staff retention and career prospects for their staff, this respected and established Employee Benefits Consultancy is looking for candidates that are ideally QPA/PMI/RPC qualified – or working towards. Working within a team of 5, you will be responsible for not only day-to-day scheme servicing but client contact, member queries and interesting ad hoc and routine project work. In return, the successful applicants can expect an industry top quartile salary (£19,000 - £26,000) - depending on experience; with excellent benefits, full exam sponsorship and support, and in addition genuine management / technical promotion prospects for the future.
