Recruitment Consultant - Nursing Homes (New Desk Opportunity) Salary £25-30K OTE Richmond Nursing has a fantastic opportunity for a Recruitment Consultant with a proven track record of working within the UK healthcare sector for our new Nursing Homes desk based in our Llanelli office. We are looking for a highly-motivated individual to be an integral part of the regional based team in delivering key client-focused activities. The Recruitment Consultant will be involved in delivering all activities to enable end to end processes from attraction, registration and validation of nurses, to sourcing of vacancies and placement of these nurses into key Nursing Home clients matching their skills and availability to local client demand. You will be in a unique position to contribute operationally to the delivery of our services to our clients and build a regional team around you. This role would suit an experienced recruiter who has previously worked in the agency nurse/Nursing Home sector looking to progress to a more senior level with future management opportunities or a nurse with commercial skills who is looking for a new challenge. Key objectives of the role include: To act as the initial point of contact, supporting flexible worker registration and validation activity based on client demand, including applicant engagement, screening, interviewing and document checking. Working on a face to face assessment and registration process, ensuring service delivery to the required timescales, KPI's and quality standards. Build and provide a service for current and new Nursing Home clients within the South Wales Region, and be responsible for the placement of Nurses matching local client demand. Represent Richmond Nursing Agency to Nursing Homes and staff across a range of operational, recruitment, quality and complaints management processes. Build a team to further expand our service offering. About you In order to succeed in this role, applicants will need to have the following skills and experience: Experience of working within the healthcare environment or recruitment (Nursing) is desirable Previous experience as a recruiter (desirable) Sales focus and commercial awareness A good standard of IT user knowledge as well as excellent written and spoken English. Some travel may be required so you will need to be flexible with regards to work location, hours of work, in addition to having a full UK driving license.
