My client is looking to recruit an experienced Pensions Administrator with either Defined Benefit (DB) or Defined Contribution (DC) experience. Looking for quality pensions professionals who, aside from being good technically with Final Salary / Money Purchase / Hybrid / CARE occupational pension schemes, also enjoy good communication skills and are positive team players. This respected and established Employee Benefits & Actuarial Consultancy has a reputation for excellent staff retention and career prospects for their staff. Ideally you will be QPA / PMI / RPC qualified - or working towards, and are potentially not getting what you deserve from your current firm. Due to new business wins from a major competitor, my client currently requires a number of experienced Pensions Administrators at varying levels within their careers, from c.18 months experience upwards, to service the business effectively and professionally. In return, the successful applicants can expect an industry top quartile salary (£18,000 - £25,000) - depending on experience; with excellent benefits, full exam sponsorship and support, and in addition genuine management / technical promotion prospects for the future.
