We have an exciting opportunity for an innovative Social Media and Digital Marketing Manager to lead and build a new Marketing Team. Reporting to the board of directors, this role will contribute to defining the brand's social media strategy and lead in the execution of activity that works to bring the strategy to life via our social channels and content. You will oversee the running and management of the brand's social media profiles, marketing strategy and budgets, seeking to maintain strong engagement and growth through all verticals as well as lead and direct tone of voice across social channels, blogs and wider marketing channels. Key responsibilities include: Management and syndication of marketing budgets Management and creation of content across all social channels, blogs, affiliates: Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, Snapchat, Pinterest, Google+, You Tube, PPC, GDN, LinkedIn, and wider marketing channels. Working with partners, directors and agencies to grow the brand and set weekly budget levels to support paid social strategy Manage the copy creation process in line with critical path and deadlines Curate weekly and bi-annual internal reports and post campaign reporting Inform and support the external customer service team in line with key brand activity Oversee process of the assignment of social customer service queries for response in line with SLA Input and execute Social Media strategy Drive messaging and awareness of the brand Suitable candidates must demonstrate the following: Be degree educated and preferably with CIM qualification. Previous management experience Proven experience of social media management with a high-profile retail or agency background Analytical and computer literate with the ability to use multiple online tools to support marketing activity Expert in the digital/social media best practice Excellent written skills, strong creative ideas and visual eye Strong communication skills and ability to build strong relationships Organised with attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines Reactive and flexible to a fast paced and evolving working environment Passionate about brand and fashion IT NEVER GETS BORING...
