Real Estate Solicitor PQE: NQ-1 Location: Manchester Salary: Very Competitive This leading International Law Firm are looking to expand their market leading Real Estate Practice in their Manchester office with the addition of an Associate Solicitor. This opportunity is to join one of the largest and most successful Real Estate teams outside of London. The firm’s impressive client base includes large blue-chip organisations such as Investment Banks, Leading Retailers, and large-scale Developers. The key practice areas you can expect to gain exposure to are: High-value Development work Investment Portfolio work General Acquisitions and Disposals Landlord & Tenant work This firm has one of the largest transactional practices in Manchester, and despite the Brexit-related slowdown of competitor firms, are experiencing consistently high work flow and client demand. This has led to the continued expansion of the practice, and need to bring on board a talented individual. The successful applicant will: Have either a Seat in Real Estate and/or up to a years’ experience in Real Estate. Have a desire to succeed within a meritocratic environment. Be confident dealing directly with large multinational clients, enabling them to develop lasting and beneficial relationships. As well as the technical Real Estate skills that are required for a position in this team, the growth and success of the department lends itself to a naturally entrepreneurial candidate. Experience in, or desire to gain exposure to, client work and business development would be a real advantage.
