Maintenance Engineer Westbury £26 - 32K Per Annum (DOE) My prestigious client, who are a leading manufacturing company located in Westbury, are currently seeking an experienced Maintenance Engineer to work within their fast-paced warehouse. The company are actively making major steps, to take the business to new heights, whilst they continue to thrive within their field. The role therefore, requires applicants with drive and determination to move forward with their fresh and dynamic vision. Demonstrating a positive, proactive and flexible approach to work is also an essential requirement for this position. The ideal candidate will be electrical and mechanically trained with experience of pneumatic systems. The main function of your role will be maintaining and repairing all plant equipment including filling, blending and packaging equipment. Additional duties and responsibilities will include; Accountable for managing the effective maintenance of all plant equipment and services Implementing and developing the planned and preventative maintenance activities for this Site Coordinating the planned and unplanned repair of equipment and services Ensuring planned downtime is undertaken efficiently, through the use of strong communication skills, across all departments Creating comprehensive documentation to support facility requirements Actively enforces and maintaining health and safety regulations Along with cross-functional teams, analyse, troubleshoot and resolve process and machinery related issues and faults To work "on call" for emergency situations that may arise Action key company objectives and complete any repair or installation work, as allocated by the Factory Manager Responsible for the delivery of focused improvement activities Support the development of a culture for problem elimination The standard working hours will be 8am - 5pm however, all applicants must be flexible, to ensure customer demands are met.
