Operations Manager/Senior Recruitment Consultant (Nursing) (New Desk Opportunity) Salary £30-35K OTE Location: Ellesmere Port, Cheshire Richmond Nursing has a fantastic opportunity for a Nursing Recruitment/Operations Manager with a proven track record of working within the UK healthcare sector for our new office based in Ellesmere Port, Cheshire. We are looking for a highly-motivated individual to be an integral part of the regional based team in delivering key client-focused activities. The Operations Manager/Senior Recruitment Consultant (Nursing) will be involved in delivering all activities to enable end to end processes from attraction, registration and validation of nurses, to placement of these nurses into key clients matching their skills and availability to local client demand. You will be in a unique position to contribute operationally to the delivery of our services to our clients trusts and build a regional team around you. This role would suit a nurse who is looking for a new challenge or an experienced recruiter who has previously worked in the agency nurse sector looking to progress to a more senior level with future management opportunities. Key objectives of the role include: To act as the initial point of contact, supporting flexible worker registration and validation activity based on client demand, including applicant engagement, screening, interviewing and document checking. Working on a face to face assessment and registration process, ensuring service delivery to the required timescales, KPI's and quality standards. Build and provide a service for current clients within the North Wales & Cheshire Region, and be responsible for the placement of Nurses matching local client demand. Represent Richmond Nursing Agency to client trusts and staff across a range of operational, recruitment, quality and complaints management processes. Build a team to further expand our service offering. About you In order to succeed in this role, applicants will need to have the following skills and experience: Experience of working within the healthcare environment or recruitment (Nursing) is essential Previous experience as a recruiter (desirable) Have a valid NMC PIN (desirable) Sales focus and commercial awareness A good standard of IT user knowledge as well as excellent written and spoken English. Some travel may be required so you will need to be flexible with regards to work location, hours of work and overnight stays, in addition to having a full UK driving license. Please note that the initial induction period may require travel and some overnights stays.
