A World renowned Brand that spans both the Travel / Destination and Entertainment space is looking for an experienced Marketing Manager, with strong team management and projects experience to join a growing International division of a world renowned Entertainment Brand, managing an established team of 4 Marketing Executives. Reporting to the Director of Marketing for EMEA, this broad role has an overall remit for the delivery of innovative multi-channel trade and trade to consumer marketing campaigns for the destinations, with a heavy emphasis on planning and project / process management to include scheduling of trade marketing calendars in collaboration with partners in the USA and both internal and external teams. You will be responsible for managing all client campaigns through the project lifecycle, scoping projects and timelines, managing budgets and creating estimates. Overseeing the team to make sure that deadlines are met, on budget and properly resourced, bringing both B2B and B2B2C projects to life, whilst delivering consistent, accurate and compelling brand representation. On top of this it’s the responsibility of the Marketing Manager to manage all trade marketing relationships to allow for the development of efficient trade plans that deliver against business objectives and manage all trade marketing relationships with tourist board Media Owners and travel partners. You are an experienced Marketing Manager, preferably with experience of working in the Travel or Holidays sector – where you have lead, motivated and managed teams. You have prior experience of working with licensed partner property and experience of project and process management. You have experience of trade and trade to consumer campaign delivery, management and post campaign reporting. With a strong commercial head on your shoulders, you have strong creative acumen and attention to detail and the ability to produce and present data in spreadsheets and communicate with business leaders, with excellent stakeholder management experience.
