SF Group are currently recruiting for a Temporary Purchase Ledger Clerk required for a fantastic business on the outskirts of Melbourne in Derby. You will join a business who have a well known name in the market. The role reports to the Purchase Ledger Manager in a high volume transaction environment, the Purchase Ledger Clerk will be responsible for: • Input and matching of supplier invoices • Input of Employee Expenses ensuring adherence to company policies • Liaising with other departments to ensure they are fully appreciative and compliant with company standard procedures necessary for AP performance standards to be met. • Maintain vendor relationships through timely payments and excellent service levels • Supplier statement reconciliations • Admin, filing and other ad-hoc duties as required The successful applicant will have: • Strong purchase ledger experience • Excel systems experience • Attention for detail • Hard working and proactive Please only apply if you are immediately available or available at short notice.
