Our client continues to expand, which has provided the opportunity for a motivated and forward-thinking Technical Account Manager to join their ranks. THE BASICS: We are looking for a qualified Technical Account Manager who can retain and generate increased revenue, whilst establishing, managing and growing relationships with clients and key stakeholders; attend regular client meetings for performance reports, service improvements, infrastructure improvements and enhancements, whilst managing the full sales cycle. If you can prepare hardware/ software quotes and work cost estimates, analyse customer's needs; suggest upgrades or infrastructure enhancements to meet requirements and advise clients on technology directions that best support their business needs we'd like to hear from you TODAY. Technical Account Managers who can effectively manage multiple projects, overseeing quality control throughout the life cycle whilst working closely with the Technical Team Leaders, Engineering Team and Service Development Manager on the delivery of client projects : underpinned with the ability to provide problem management support to high profile customer issues are likely to receive an immediate interview request. THE EXPERIENCE: Technical Account Managers with over 5 years of experience in a similar role : having worked in a Managed Service industry and can display and apply knowledge of technologies including: Cloud Solutions, Cyber Security, Microsoft, Infrastructure Networks, Server Virtualisation, Thin client technologies and an awareness and understanding of additional software programmes and technologies will be highly sought after. THE ADDITIONALS: : Provide technical support for the customer to support post-sales processes. : Address all product-related queries on time. : Analyse customers' needs and suggest upgrades or additional features to meet their requirements. : Keep track of service performance metrics. : Able to work under pressure : Excellent verbal, written communication & presentation skills. : Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. : Flexible approach to work THE DESIRABLES: Any Account Manager with ITIL and/or Prince 2 would be sought after.
