Mortgage Broker Base Salary £24.000 - £28,000 (OTE £60,000 but unlimited) Purpose of the role · To provide an excellent mortgage and protection advice service to customers · Meet and exceed all KPI’s including · Customer contact · Customer satisfaction · Compliance · Conversion · To ensure the business written is compliant with all regulatory and legal obligations · To provide excellent mortgage advice and meet customer protection needs · To have a flexible approach to working hours in order to meet customer and business needs · To encourage customers to leave Trustpilot feedback on service provided · To represent the brand in a positive and professional way both internally and externally · To maintain continuous professional development requirements · To keep up to date with lender criteria and maintain a positive relationship · To generate revenue for the business in a compliant manner · Ensure that all activities and processes are compliant with FCA (including TCF), DMD, CCA and all other relevant legislative regulations Planning & Flexibility · Be a self-starter, organise and structure time and priorities to meet the business and customer needs · Formulate and implement plans to deliver the highest standard of service to customers · Make yourself available to work outside normal office hours in order to meet the demands of the consumer Innovation · Constantly challenge the status Quo · Avoid developing ‘me to’ solutions, think ‘outside the box’ · Break down barriers and don’t be afraid to do things differently and innovatively provided compliance and regulatory obligations Sales · Maintain the highest level of professionalism · Meet and exceed sales expectations · Proactively approach customers to ensure their needs are met throughout the buying process Teamworking · Help maintain a culture which supports the business, including fostering best practice, strong team spirit, customer focus and an environment of sharing knowledge · Operate within a culture of one · Be prepared to support operational requirements, supporting colleagues in a pragmatic and enthusiastic way TCF · Adherence to all regulatory requirements, for example the FCA's rules and principles, Data Protection Act and Money Laundering regulations. · Maintain awareness of the business’s policies and procedures, as well as the regulation relevant to your role. · Consistently demonstrate your understanding of how the principle of TCF impacts your role, and they are embedded in your activity
