Role Objectives The NCS Coordinator will report into the NCS Programme Manager and will provide day to day support to deliver the NCS programme in assigned districts within the East of England, working toward the NCS trust and Ingeus’ internal operational targets. The NCS Coordinator will be accountable for day to day coordination activities. This is is full time permanent position based in our Youth team, located in Basildon. Key Accountabilities Work with the NCS Programme Manager to create a programme for NCS delivery in assigned districts within the East of England. Being the point of contact for Young People and Parent/Guardians who are assigned to the NCS programme. Work with the NCS Programme Manager to ensure activity is within set budget. Evaluate on programme delivery and make amendments to ensure continuous improvement. Update and submit all necessary documents and data required, in line with the Compliance and Audit Framework. Keep internal systems up to date including the Salesforce system (NCS database). Oversee on programme activities, ensuring quality of delivery and being on hand for troubleshooting as required. Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders to maximise ongoing involvement with NCS programmes. Coordinate graduation activity with input from the NCS Programme Manager and the graduate team. Being the point of contact for delivery staff. Support with training and upskilling of delivery staff. Work closely with internal and external stakeholders to build and maintain effective working relationships. Adhere to Health, Safety and Safeguarding guidelines and ensure these are prioritised as part of the planning and delivery. Ensure that risks and incidents are escalated appropriately. Experience Confident using Microsoft office packages including outlook and excel. Experience of coordinating projects. Administration experience. Experience of working with groups of young people aged up to 17 residentially, outward bound or direct delivery youth work, or equivalent, in a voluntary or paid capacity. A sound understanding of safeguarding and risk management. Experience of building and maintaining relationships with key stakeholders, both internal and external; able to engage with people from diverse backgrounds and communities.
