Optical Polishing Trainee Do you have a passion for working with objects? Optical Polishing Trainee Hainault Business Park, Essex, London – Salary £7.75 - 8.75 per hour Your job In this role as an optical polishing trainee you will be expected to learn how to precisely hand polish glass and quartz optical components using polishing powders. Some of the skills that you will develop in the training role are: Hand-Polishing optical components to requirements; working to pristine levels of cleanliness Semi-automated polishing of optical components using a variety of polishing machines Learning to inspect for scratches, digs, sleeks and chips on the surface and edges of the product.
