Customer Service - Financial Services
You will be required to provide outstanding customer service to customers and clients, either in a telephone based role or an administrative role within a busy financial service contact centre, dealing with a variety of different enquiries. A customer service based role which would involve contact with Clients and Customers with queries regarding existing financial service products, Opportunities available for all levels including recent school/ college/ university leavers along with experienced candidates. Experience candidates must have a minimum of 12 months solid experience with an administrative or telephone based office environment If you have either retail or office experience and would like to start a career within Financial services, this could be the opportunity for you. Must have a strong telephone manner and enjoy a customer services environment.
