1st Line Support Technician (CompTIA A+) Our client is in urgent need of a candidate who will be responsible for solving a broad spectrum of customer IT support cases by telephone, remotely, in the office or on-site as efficiently and professionally as possible.This involves managing assigned cases and assisting other team members when necessary. You will need strong communication skills to update our customers about the status of their outstanding cases on a regular basis. A duty engineer rota is in place for out of hours support. As a candidate you will have 2-3 years’ experience from working within either an internal or outsourced IT department, coupled with a full clean drivers license. Strong knowledge of Microsoft Operating Systems and Applications, and a minimum of a CompTIA A+ accreditaltion. Ideally you will have some knowledge of IP based networks and firewalls. 1st Line Support Technician (CompTIA A+)
