Purchase Ledger and Sales Ledger Clerk to work in as part of a small back office team. You will be working with the Finance Manager to ensure that all supplier invoices are processed correctly and efficiently. This will include communicating between team members and suppliers to ensure work is completed at the highest standard. Some of the main duties will include processing purchase invoices and orders, dealing with suppliers and queries via phone and email, reconciling supplier statements, filing of invoices and statements, basic data entry and other ad-hoc tasks as necessary. You should have an excellent telephone manner, highly accurate and numerate, have strong organisational and time management skills. Previous experience of Sage and Excel would be beneficial but not essential as training will be provided as necessary. In return you will receive a salary up to £17,500, 4 weeks holiday, contributory pension scheme and free parking. The client is also open to flexible working patterns and or part time.
